When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be released into your Ticketmaster account on 12 December 2022.

How will my AO23 tickets be delivered?

Once tickets are released, you will receive a Ticketmaster email to download and forward your tickets from your Ticketmaster account.

For a seamless entry experience, we recommend you save your tickets in the AO mobile app or in your mobile phone’s Apple/Google digital wallet

How do I share the tickets with other attendees in my group?

We recommend securely forwarding your ticket(s) from your mobile device or computer via your Ticketmaster account. Click the ‘Forward’ button, enter each recipient’s details and hit send.

Each recipient will receive an email and a text message. The forwarding process is complete once they have clicked ‘Accept Tickets’. If plans change and you need to forward them to someone else, just follow the process again. Those receiving a forwarded ticket must have or create a Ticketmaster account.

Please note, that there will be a delay on Ticket Forwarding before the event. All ticket holders will be notified when the Ticket Forwarding feature is enabled.

How do I add my ticket to Apple/Google wallet?

View your ticket and tap ‘Add to Apple/Google wallet.
