FURTHER INFORMATION
AO23 TICKET CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ENTRY
Please read and comply with the Tennis Australia AO23 Conditions of Sale and Entry which can be found here.
COVID-19
There are currently no vaccination, quarantine, permit, or testing requirements to enter Victoria. For more information on local government travel advice, please click here.
HOTEL PRE-AUTHORISATION
Most hotels will require a 'pre-authorization' of your credit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred. The amount will depend on your length of stay and may vary between hotels. A pre-authorization is a validity check of your credit card. This secures an amount which in turn may reduce your available credit for the period. This is NOT a transaction charge and will not appear on your statement. Depending on your credit card agreement, the pre-authorization value should typically drop off within 1-2 weeks.
