We know that COVID-19 has created a bit of uncertainty worldwide, but we're committed to allowing you to book your AO Travel experience with complete confidence. That's why we've put together our AO Travel COVID-19 Booking Protection Policy to ensure you can book your spot at AO23 with no stress, at all.

• If AO23 is cancelled, we're offering full refunds on all ground pass, arena tickets and upgrades that are purchased as part of an AO Travel Package.
  
  
• If AO23 is cancelled before your Package begins, you will receive a full refund for all travel and accommodation elements.
  
  
• If AO23 is cancelled after your Package has started, we'll pass on all refunds that can be sourced from suppliers.
